Orders will take between 4-6 weeks to dispatch. All EU orders will be sent via Parcelforce, with duties paid. All other international orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked services (non duties paid)
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

My inspiration for this blend is some photographs that I saw of ice storms, where ice builds up on a massive scale on buildings, trees and cables. See my pinterest board for my inspiration photographs.

The ice formed is normally opaque, with a sparkle.
So I took one of my favourite fibres, Polwarth - which is soooo soft, but has a longer staple length than merino. This means that I find it a little easier to spin. I blended it on my drum carder with beautiful white tussah silk, approximately 50:50 ratio, and then for the final bit of sparkle, I blended in some soft Trilobal sparkle. Not enough to overpower the blend, but sufficient to make the blend gleam in the sunlight.
I took the blended fibre batts and made them into rolags/punis on my blending board. I am rather pleased with the result.... some inexplicably have found their way into my stash! ;-)
You will receive just over 100g of rolags in the Frost Fingers colourway. The Polwarth fibres in this blend will felt. If you do not want it to, hand wash in cool water.
