The shop is now closed for a while to make certain that I can complete all of the orders in time for Christmas. I expect to open the shop again towards the middle to end of December.

Spring is arriving, and the hedge is full of squabbling, chittering spuggies (sparrows). I decided that I would try to make a soft blend of fibres that mirror the spectrum of creams and browns in their plumage.
These rolags are made up of soft, 21 micron merino in 6 shades of brown and a cool grey/cream shade. I also included some small slivers of black tussah silk and white mulberry silk.
You will receive between 6 and 8 rolags in a 100g package.
The merino in this blend will felt. If you do not wish it to, hand wash in cool water.
