Happy Christmas Everyone! The shop is now open for business again. Orders will take between 4-6 weeks to dispatch. All orders to the USA will be sent via Royal Mail duties paid. All EU orders will be sent via Parcelforce, with duties paid. All other international orders will be sent via Royal Mail tracked services (non duties paid)
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Once orders are ready for dispatch I will send an email with all tracking details.

This single colour batt is a dark, elegant shade of deep red, based on the colour of so called black or chocolate Dahlia flowers. This blend was also put together for the 'Warning - When I am old I will wear purple' box.
This blend uses a rather different base than normal. The batts are 2/3 Black Welsh and 1/3 tussah silk.
I was impressed with the texture of the Black Welsh fibre, for a mountain breed, the fibres is softer than I expected, with a lovely spring to it. However, it is not as soft as merino, so if you would prefer another wool used for the base, please drop me a line for a custom order
