Due to the upcoming changes to import taxes and tariffs being levied on packages to the USA, I have had to stop accepting orders from my friends in America.
I am presently investigating methods of shipping where taxes are paid when placing an order (so there are no horrible surprises!). As soon as I can organise this I will be accepting orders from the USA.again. Thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions, or would like a custom order, please contact me at

The Grey Wagtail is a delightful little bird who seems to dance about the ground looking for food. His name does not do justice to his bright colouration, the gold of his breast is clear to see, with gradations of grey on his back and wings.
This gradient starts of with a rich golden yellow and then moves through light grey to dark slate.
You will receive 7 carefully hand carded batts, in total weighing just over 100g. When spinning these sets, I normally split the batts in half, and then spin each batt in order onto a bobbin. I do this twice, and then ply the two singles together to make a 2 ply gradient yarn.
The batts are made from 21 micron merino fibres, so will make gorgeous, next to the skin soft items.
These fibres will felt.
